Durable Front Bumper Upgrade. The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper provides a rugged and highly functional front-end enhancement for your Toyota Tacoma. Designed for serious off-road enthusiasts, it supports advanced lighting, winch integration, and safety system compatibility, making it ideal for challenging terrain while maintaining a distinctive aggressive look.
Construction and Appearance. Fabricated from 3/16 inch laser-cut P&O steel, the bumper features precision craftsmanship and durable materials for strength and longevity. Bull bar tubing is constructed from heavy-duty steel with 1 3/4 inch outer diameter and 1/8 inch wall thickness, with gussets and headlight hoops made from 1 1/2 inch tubing. The product is available either in raw steel, requiring painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust, or with a protective powder-coated finish.
Installation. Installation requires cutting of the factory plastic bumper and moderate mechanical skills. Some vehicles may require professional recalibration of Toyota Safety Sense systems after the upgrade.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 16-23 Tacoma.
