Construction and Appearance. Featuring a combination of boxed and dimple die’d steel tubing and lightweight aluminum fill plates, this bumper balances strength and weight efficiently. The use of 1.75” x .120 wall DOM tubing ensures rigidity, while the bare steel finish requires painting, offering customization options to match your vehicle’s aesthetics.
Installation. Installation requires minor trimming of the front trim panels, with included templates to guide the process. Some drilling is necessary for attaching the LED light bar, making the installation moderately challenging but manageable for experienced technicians.
Warranty. This bumper is covered by a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship prior to installation.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2016-2023 Tacoma models, this bumper is incompatible with factory fog lights; users will need to replace fog lights with aftermarket LED options during installation.
