Description
Hybrid Front Bumper. The C4 Fabrication Hybrid Front Bumper is engineered to provide superior front-end protection and enhanced off-road capability. It integrates a concealed winch mount and is designed to accommodate various off-road lighting options, improving vehicle recovery readiness and rugged durability while maintaining approach angles.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16-inch steel plate and 1 3/4-inch OD tubing with 1/8-inch wall thickness, this bumper delivers robust structural integrity. Mounting plates are made from 1/4-inch steel for added strength. The raw steel finish requires painting or powder coating to prevent rust, allowing users to customize color and texture according to their preferences.
Installation. Installation requires cutting the factory plastic bumper. Moderate mechanical skills and basic tools are necessary, and drilling is typically not required. Proper fitment and test fitting before final installation is recommended to ensure optimal alignment.
Application. Designed specifically for the 24-26 Tacoma models, excluding TRD Pro and TRD Off-Road variants, primarily due to incompatibility with Toyota Safety Sense and certain vehicle design differences.
