Protection and Style. Add extra protection to your 2007-2018 JK while improving its style with a set of Barricade Off-Road Flat Style Tubular Fender Flares. Featuring a flat fender design, these Tubular Flares will open up your Wrangler's wheel wells for a more aggressive off-road appearance. These Tubular Flares not only provide additional tire coverage to protect your rig from flying debris, but they also give you a little extra room when upgrading to a beefier set of tires.

Fender Mounted LED Accent Lights. Barricade Off-Road had the foresight to design their front Fender Flares with LED accent lights. These two forward facing flare mounted LED lights not only help to light up the dark path ahead, but they also give your Jeep an impressive appearance.

Heavy Duty Construction. Manufactured for maximum durability, these Barricade Flares are crafted from 1.5mm thick carbon steel plate and durable 38mm X 2.5mm carbon steel tubing, allowing them to take on anything the trail throws at them. These Tubular Fender Flares are finished in a two stage epoxy pre-coating and high-grade textured black powder coating for durability and long lasting corrosion resistance.

Bolt-on Installation. Barricade's Tubular Fender Flares were designed to be a direct bolt-on upgrade using just basic hand tools. Please note that minor drilling will be required for installation. Installation of the LED accent lights will require some minor wiring for operation.

Application. These Barricade Off-Road Flat Tubular Style Fender Flares are specifically designed for use on 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models. These Barricade Fender Flares are available as a set of 2 front fender flares, as a set of 2 rear fender flares or as a complete set of 4 flares. Please select your choice from the options listed above.

Which fender inner liners will work with these that don't require modification?

        • These work well with all of the inner fenders we offer. We prefer the DV8 inner liners with these fenders.

Will these fit with DV8 inner fenders?

        • Yes, the DV8 inner fenders will work with the Barricade Tubular Fender Flares w/ LED Lighting.

Have there been frequent complaints about rusting? I see one review regarding that and it is scaring me from hitting purchase.

        • The Barricade Tubular Fender Flares w/ LED Lighting are not prone to rust, but rust can happen for many reasons even something as small as a chip or scratch in the finish. Anytime a chip in the finish happens the bare steel is exposed, meaning rust can form. So properly maintaining the finish on the fenders, touching up the finish when necessary can help prevent rust. Also proper cleaning as well!

Can you paint these fenders so that they match the body color of the jeep instead of being a flat black? 1 answer
Another person asked about the wiring of these and it was answered saying they were plug and play. Mine aren’t. Any easy way to wire these into my Jeep? Thanks 1 answer
Could we have wiring instructions for the LED to be used as DRLs or turn signals? As of now, you have to manually turn them on by switching from "AUTO" headlights to "parking" or manual. It would be nice to have them run all the time. 1 answer
The instructions say to drill the holes for the riv nuts. The video looks like she just used the tool, but the riv nuts don't look like the fit in the rear factory holes, so do I need to drill those holes bigger? 1 answer

How are you supposed to bolt the bottom two holes on the front flares? The spacers are not threaded and there is not enough room to fit the nut behind the sheet metal. The instructions are super basic and give no detail on the specifics of mounting. 1 answer
I seen in the reviews the the back fenders do not line up, have you fixed this issue? 0 answer

Rears - Great look, easy install

Love the look of these compared to the stock fender flares. They seem very sturdy and installation is pretty straightforward (but invest in a rivet setter to save yourself a ton of effort). Less than an hour with the tool, maybe 2x or longer without. The instructions are trash, but there are solid YouTube videos to help there!

            A little disappointing

The seam where the tubing on the edge meets the flat part of the flare is uneven and isn't smooth.

            Solid product!

Solid construction. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the fenders. Instructions were easy to follow. Took about 2 hours to remove and install new fenders on all 4 corners. LED lights are bright. Looks great on my wrangler. Very happy!!

            Bright lighhts

They look great, quality is poor metal is wavy one of the fenders has a dent in it. They said the lights are an easy install they are if you know how to use wire strippers and heat gun! You will need to aim and adjust them. The connection on the light is called a bullet connector. The instructions where garbage they were no help. The only reason I gave three stars is the poor quality of the appearance of the fenders.

            Barricade Fenders

The Barricade Tube Fenders went on very easy the only problem was the nut sert tool broke after the third insert I would suggest that anyone who orders these also order the nut sert tool I'm very pleased with the quality and the look of these fenders.

            Rear Fender

The M6 x 20mm bolts provided with the riv-nuts are too short. If anybody can make them work they are magical. The split lock washer, washer and foam take up too much space. M6c 25mm long bolts simplify this process. Purchase a set of M6 x 25 (Automotive) bolts at Lowe’s. The engineer/designer of these fenders must be a complete moron. If the bolt gets stuck in the riv-nut you are in for trouble. I assembled 7 out of 8 bolts on my fenders, works like a charm.

            Amazing Fender

The fender itself looks amazing! They were fairly easy to install but I did have someone else help out. The fit is perfect and they look amazing with the LED's turned on. The reason I did not give it a 5 is because I was driving down the road and a rock flew up into my fender well and bent it out the metal as well as chipped the paint. Now the fender is starting to rust in that spot, and I'm a little disappointed in how easily the fender was damaged.

Buy a Rivet Nut Gun prior to install

I wish I had read reviews prior to install. I got the front done, easily..then realized I needed to order a rivet nut gun for the rear. Luckily with amazon I had it in 2 days. At that point I only got 4 rear bolts in, as the others were too short. So I needed to go out and buy longer bolts which added another day to my install. Save yourself time, when you order these, order a rivet nut gun (if you don't have one) and longer rear bolts.

            Prepair and research you hardware

We did 6 jeeps with the barricade fenders. The back ones went on with no problem at all except the tool that they gave us to put the rivet nuts in only lasted through 4 rivet nuts, we broke 3 of the rivet nut tools till we got these Smittybilt 2834 rivet nut gun which is well worth it. You can put in 10 to 15 riven nuts with the Smittybuilt before you can put in one with the tool that they sent you. The front went on with no problem except I have a safari snorkel and had to cut into the right Fender in order to get it to fit on without compromising my snorkel, that was my fault for not thinking about it or planning ahead. Before we started we painted the fenders with Hercules bed liner and exchanged all the hardware with stainless steel, that's just my preference though.

            Poor design

The bolts fit into the rivets just perfectly, so when you put the padded tape on the flares, the bolts are too short. After almost 3 hours of trying to force the bolts into the rivets, we only got the top 4 bolts on. That's 4 out of 16 bolts. The bolts need to be longer to accommodate the adjusted fit that occurs with the tape that comes with the flares. They look nice. Probably would look nicer on the Jeep, but I'll never know.
