Hey, I'm Kevin with Extreme Terrain, and this is my review of the Barricade Adventure Mirrors. We all like to wheel without the doors of our vehicles on for a lot of good reasons. It increases our field of vision, you can lean out of the vehicle and really keep a good eye on your line over obstacles, and it's just more fun in the summertime. But, there's one really important thing that's attached to our doors, and that's the mirrors themselves. That's where the Adventure Mirrors come in really handy, because it's a very simple installation and it increases, gives you back, the ability to not only see behind you and do lane changes, but it eliminates that wonder if you're even street legal in some states.The installation is really simple. This kit is for anybody that has an '87 to 2016 Wrangler that wants to go wheeling without your doors on and still have the ability to do lane changes, or remain street legal, if you're not, without your side mirrors. And these things are very tough, they're stainless steel, these are powder-coated. They're available in the rectangle like this or in a round form, so you've got some options as far as styling goes.As simple as this system is, it's just as simple to install. Once you've got your doors removed, the Barricade Adventure Mirrors utilize the same location as the door hinge pin itself. This is an easy bolt-on with a simple socket set. You'll need a 13- and a 15-millimeter, the 15's got to be a deep well. A cordless drill helps speed things up, but you don't necessarily need it. Once the mirrors are in place, all you have to do is adjust them and you're ready to rock. Now here you can see the benefit of this mirror kit. I'm straddling the seat, I can still be belted in, I can operate all my driver controls, and I can see the line of both the front and rear tires, and I can utilize my mirror back behind me. I can be in here belted in, now I can do lane changes and passing, so it's kind of the best of both worlds. So what are we talking about here? This is a very small investment. You can get another relocation kit that's going to cost you more, that relocates your mirror to the cowl or to the fender so you don't have to worry about the time that you invest in switching this out, putting your doors back on, taking your doors off and putting these back in. It's relative, it's an investment of less than $50, and to me, the bang for your buck for this particular product is well worth it.So the Barricade Adventure Mirrors, I give them a big thumbs up.
