This brake kit offers more responsive brake feel, enhanced control, and superior stopping power, even with your new larger tires. With these brakes installed on your Jeep, your driving just got a lot safer.
Sturdy 6-Piston, 2-Piece Caliper Design. The Baer Pro Plus Red Front Brake Kit features calipers that dissipate heat more efficiently, improving performance. This 2-piece caliper is CNC-machined from sturdy aluminum for durability. These calipers use 6 stainless steel pistons and feature noise suppression springs for low-noise braking. The calipers are secured via cross-bolts measuring 0.37-inch wide while DOT-spec dust and weather seals prevent brake fluid from leaking. Lastly, the caliper body and is finished in a dynamic red powder-coat finish with black lettering for stylish looks.
Two-Piece, Cross-Drilled and Slotted Rotors. The Baer Pro Plus Red Front Brake Kit uses 2-piece rotors that measure 14 inches wide. This 2-piece design offers a significant weight reduction for improved handling. These rotors are cast from high-grade iron alloy before being machined to a smooth finish. This process also adds the slotting and cross-drilling. What' more, these rotors feature curved vanes that are designed to pull-in air more efficiently for better cooling. Lastly, these rotors are zinc plated for exceptional corrosion protection.
Low Noise, High Friction Brake Pads. The pads that come with the Baer Pro Plus Red Front Brake Kit use a specialized ceramic matrix compound that’s both high friction and heat resistant. These features ensure the pads perform better. Additionally, these brake pads include built-in anti-noise shims that help prevent screeching.
Hassle-Free Bolt-On Installation. The Baer Pro Plus Red Front Brake Kit is designed as a bolt-on assembly that utilizes your Jeep’s stock brake locations. No modifications to your vehicle are needed, and this kit comes with necessary installation hardware.
Vital Upgrade Kit for Your Front Brakes. The Baer Pro Plus Red Front Brake Kit comes with all the components you need to upgrade from stock including a pair of calipers, brake pad sets, and 14-Inch wide rotors. This brake system will reuse your vehicle’s factory brake line although replacement banjo bolts are included.
Application. The Baer Pro Plus Red Front Brake Kit fits all 2018-2024 Jeep Wrangler JL models.
