Description
Upgraded Braking Performance. Upgrade your Wrangler JL’s braking performance with the Baer Pro Silver Front Brake Kit. This brake kit provides your vehicle with a more responsive feel, more accurate braking control, and superior stopping power. These brakes are particularly helpful when upgrading to larger tires, as these eliminate the sluggish braking performance associated with stock brakes.
High-Strength 2-Piece 6-Piston Caliper Design. The Baer Pro Silver Front Brake Kit uses 2-piece calipers that are CNC-machined from high-grade aluminum for durability. These calipers are engineered to dissipate heat better, increasing braking performance. These components use stainless steel pistons and 0.37-inch wide cross-bolts for increased strength. Additionally, DOT-spec dust and weather seals prevent brake fluid leakage. Finally, these calipers receive a silver powder-coat finish with red logos for great looks.
One-Piece, Cross-Drilled and Slotted Rotors. The Baer Pro Silver Front Brake Kit utilizes one-piece rotors that are cast from high-grade iron alloy. These 13.50-inch wide rotors are then finished via CNC-machining that also introduces the cross-drilling and slotting. Additionally, these rotors come with curved vanes that act as like a centrifugal pump, directing air more efficiently into the components’ center for improved cooling. Finally, these rotors feature durable zinc plating for superior corrosion resistance.
High Friction, Low Noise Brake Pads. The Baer Pro Silver Front Brake Kit comes with performance brake pads that offer increased friction while keeping the noise down. These brake pads use a high-friction ceramic matrix that’s also extremely heat resistant for increased durability. Moreover, these pads come with built-in anti-noise shims that work to prevent screeching.
Efficient Bolt-On Installation. The Baer Pro Silver Front Brake Kit is designed as a bolt-on assembly that mounts on your factory brake area. No modifications to your Jeep are needed, and all installation hardware is included.
Principal Upgrade Kit for Your Front Brakes. The Baer Pro Silver Front Brake Kit offers everything you need to upgrade from stock including a pair of calipers, brake pad sets, and 13.50-Inch wide rotors. This brake system will reuse your vehicle’s factory brake line but comes with replacement banjo bolts.
Application. The Baer Pro Silver Front Brake Kit fits all 2018-2024 Jeep Wrangler JL models.
Application Note. This Baer Pro Front Brake Kit requires 17-inch wide wheels or larger.
