Apart from fortifying your vehicle's axle, it also bridges the front axle disconnect, which cost-effectively solves its vulnerability. This Kit;s patent-pending design gives you total confidence in the safety of your axle so you can fearlessly conquer even the most rugged of terrains.
Heavy-Duty Construction. The design of this Front Axle Armor Kit helps fortify the axle of your vehicle, making it ready for brutal adventures. The axle trusses included in this kit are made of highly durable, 0.125-inch-thick mild steel to ensure maximum axle protection when driving on extremely rugged roads. Additionally, these trusses come with dimpled holes to minimize weight without compromising durability.
Durable Control Arm Skids and Inner Gussets. For extra durability, this Axle Armor includes lower control arm skid plates. They are made of 0.25-inch-thick steel that is cut and formed to guarantee maximum durability and precision. They are engineered to help fortify the lower control arms and protect them against damage caused by impacts. Additionally, this kit comes with heavy-duty inner C gussets that are made of 0.187-inch-thick steel for maximum strength and longer-lasting performance.
Professional Installation Required. The installation of this Front Axle Armor Kit will require the disassembly of some crucial components such as the axle and knuckles. It will also require welding and fabrication. As such, professional installation is required to guarantee trouble-free results.
Application. This Artec Industries APEX Front Axle Armor Kit is designed for use on all 2018 to 2024 Jeep Wrangler JL Sahara and Sport models.
