      Description

      Heavy-Duty Suspension Component. The Apex Chassis HD Lower Ball Joint provides a durable and reliable pivot point between the vehicle’s suspension and steering knuckles. It improves suspension articulation and maintains precise steering control under demanding off-road or heavy-duty conditions, ensuring safe handling and vehicle stability.

      Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from SAE 1045 solid forged steel for strength and durability, with CNC machining for exact tolerances, this ball joint includes SAE 4140 chromoly ball studs that are induction heat-treated and polished to minimize friction. The components feature a corrosion-resistant e-coat finish and CR rubber boots to protect against environmental contaminants and temperature extremes.

      Installation. Designed as a direct replacement for the original factory ball joints, installation requires no drilling or modification. The pre-threaded zerk fitting allows easy greasing without disassembly, simplifying maintenance.

      Warranty. This product is backed by an Apex lifetime warranty that covers defects and premature wear when registered within 90 days of purchase.

      Application. Specifically engineered to fit the front lower position on 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK models without modification.
