Hey, guys. Adam here with extremeterrain.com. And today, we're taking a closer look at and installing the Alterum Center Console Organizer Tray in Black, available for the 2018 and newer Wrangler JL. You should very simply put, be checking this out if you're looking to add some storage organization to your center console by adding another set of storage bins into the dual storage bins, to the bottom console section. Now, obviously, your center console is separated into two different sections. The upper section here already has a factory organizer installed off the factory line. And then, of course, you can lift that up and you get the deeper bin. If you wanna add more storage to that deeper bin by separating the top section from the bottom, this is a great way to go and it sits right in there. Now, the nice thing about this is, it's got three different sections here. We have a larger bin, a slightly smaller bin, and then, a coin organizer. Coin organizer is great for guys who don't wanna have to throw their coins into that top section and have it all jumbled up. You can neatly organize your quarters, nickels, and dimes all separately. Great for tools, great for parking, things like that. All at your fingertips, neatly organized, and separated. The other bins here have rubber grip mats on the bottom, which is great for making sure things aren't sliding around, making a ton of noise in your center console. This is good for say, a pack of gum, a pen, a couple of sticky notes maybe, things like that you wanna keep organized, and then, of course, you have that smaller section for some of the smaller goods, or maybe keys, or something you wanna put in there. Since this is a push start, you can pop those in the center console. Now, it uses tabs on both sides to keep it up off of the bottom, so it's always gonna stay leveled right up at the top there, and it's gonna be perfect when you shut it, doesn't interfere with anything at all. Finally, the backside has a little slot here. Now, our Jeep that we're sitting in has the USB port at the bottom section. So you can plug in your USB, run the cord up through that slot, and it'll always be accessible without having to pull this up and remove it to access that cord. So, really well-thought-out, really nice organizer here, made of ABS plastic, and it's black, so it looks OEM. It definitely looks like it came on the Jeep from the factory.Price tag for this comes in right around 30 bucks, making it super affordable. Install gets one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter. No tools whatsoever, takes about half a second to install. All you do is pop this open and drop it in place. And it's nice, the rubber mats are removable, so if you want to clean it off, you can use soap and water, or just maybe, like, an alcohol wipe or a Clorox wipe, or something like that, you can clean it off and pop the rubber things back in. With that said, let's get to it.Now, for the install here, there's really three steps. One, open up your center console so that you can see the deeper storage section. Take your tray, you wanna have the larger bin facing the rear of the vehicle. Drop that guy in, that's step two. Step three. Shut it down. That's gonna wrap up my review and install for the Alterum Center Console Organizer Tray in Black for the '18 and newer JL. Get yours right here at extremeterrain.com.
