Description
Specs. If you're looking to reduce your driveline strain and improve your fuel economy, the Manual Locking Hub Complete Conversion Kit from Alloy USA is a great choice. It's both an upgrade and a replacement for the standard non-serviceable wheel hubs on Wranglers. This kit allows you to lock and unlock your hubs, and includes everything you need for installation. It's recommended for tires sizes of 33 or less.
Construction. You get everything you need in this kit, and it all comes with the high quality you'd expect from Alloy USA. Parts include high tensile strength 27 spline inner and outer 4340 Chromoly Axle shafts, X-joints, installation hardware, machined front brake rotors, ½ ton capacity aluminum internal mounting hubs, seals, and bearings. It's also covered by a 10-year limited warranty.
Application. This manual hub conversion kit works with 1997 - 2006 Wrangler YJs with maximum tire size of 33. Please note that this manual hub conversion kit can not be used with locking differentials.
