Description
Engineering. Protected against corrosion by a smooth black anodized finish, this Alloy USA axle shaft is produced from 4340 Chromoly chromium-molybdenum steel, which is 40% better able to cope with stresses and torque than OEM 1040 steel. With enhanced spline counts 3 to 5 splines higher than stock, cold rolled splines that are tougher and less likely to cause internal cracks during manufacturing, and multiple hardening treatments, this axle can handle the full rigor of large aftermarket wheels and their increased torque. Your investment in this axle is backed by a 10 year manufacturer's warranty against defects.
