      Description

      Durable Tire Mounting Solution. The AEV Tire Carrier is engineered to provide a secure and vibration-free method for transporting large off-road tires on your Jeep JK Wrangler. It enhances vehicle functionality by combining tire transport with accommodation for essential overland gear, making it integral for extended backcountry adventures.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from formed steel, this tire carrier features 3/8" plate steel tow points and heavy wall steel tubing. It is finished with an electro-coat (E-coat) base and topped with a super durable polyester textured black powdercoat, ensuring resilience against environmental elements and rough usage.

      Installation. Installation is moderately challenging and can take approximately four hours to complete. When mounting on a factory bumper, it requires adherence to specific cutting templates. Installation with a special rear bumper is also possible, providing a complete system without additional modifications.

      Application and Fitment. Designed exclusively for Jeep Wrangler JK models from 2007 through 2018, this tire carrier fits these vehicles and supports various factory and special edition rear bumpers.
