Superior Air Flow and Performance. Level up the performance capability of your AEM cold air intake with this AEM Race DryFlow Air Filter; 3-Inch Inlet / 5.563-Inch Length. This air filter is equipped with a filter media engineered to trap contaminants while allowing free-flowing air. Furthermore, this component features a novel filter top designed to further increase airflow. This design provides unprecedented amounts of cold air into your engine for outstanding gains in performance.
Non-Woven Filter Media. This round tapered air filter gets its high-performance characteristics from an innovative non-woven synthetic filter media designed to provide 99% filtration efficiency while still permitting high airflow. This filter media also features a pleated design and an aluminum wire mesh frame, improving durability and increasing its surface area.
Washable, Reusable Configuration. This DryFlow air filter is also completely washable and reusable with a suitable AEM air filter cleaner and plain tap water from your garden hose. Furthermore, this filter requires cleaning on average after 50,000 miles, making it quite economical.
Hassle-Free Install Procedure. This air filter utilizes your cold air intake’s filter housing as its mounting location. Installation does not require modifications and is accomplished using only basic hand tools.
