Nitro Series Shocks. This Coil Spring Suspension System utilizes high-performing Nitro Series Shocks. Each assembly comes in a twin-tube configuration with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving. This design enhances performance in rough conditions, including consistent steering damper performance. Moreover, the 14mm chrome plated shaft, durable piston, full displacement valves, dual welded ends deliver quicker response time and reduced aeration for superior performance.
Premium Coil Springs. Engineered to provide your Jeep with stable and smoother ride quality, Zone Offroad includes heavy-duty coil springs in this kit. These springs are shot-peened, highly durable, and flexible. These are made of heavy-duty materials with excellent tensile strength and end configurations designed to exact specifications guaranteeing perfect fit to your vehicle. Additionally, each spring is fortified by a premium black powder-coated finish to resist corrosion, withstand harsh outdoor elements, and sport a powerfully bold off-road appeal.
Commanding Stance. This Coil Spring Suspension System includes bump stop extensions and accommodates larger tires. These extensions offer proper bump stop length to prevent damage to suspension components, shock absorbers, and fenders. Moreover, these components offer better stability especially on high-speed off-road driving and when rock crawling.
Improved Handling. Designed to provide your JL with greater flexibility, Zone Offroad included high-strength sway bar links in this suspension kit. These components offer increased axle articulation and allow you to fine-tune the position of your sway bar for enhanced handling performance.
