Description

The KC HiLiTES 50-Inch Overhead Xross Bar with Apollo Pro Halogen 6-Light Kit is the auxiliary off-road lights kit you want if you’re looking to give your Wrangler JK exceptional trail illumination in a ruggedly styled package. Specifically, this kit combines 6 round Apollo Pro halogen lights and a 50-inch Xross overhead bar to give your vehicle exceptional off-road illumination. Additionally, the included halogen lights feature built-in stone guards with the familiar KC logo, giving your ride a rugged style accent you’ll surely appreciate.
Premium Halogen Lighting. This light bar is powered by (6) round light assemblies, each equipped with high-quality halogen bulbs rated at 100 watts each. This translates to a raw lumen rating of 2,452 and a total rating of roughly 14,712 lumens – certainly enough to light up the trail you’re on. Moreover, these assemblies generate light with a 4,000-Kelvin color temperature illuminating your environment with excellent detail. Finally, these six lights feature a four spot-beam and two-spread-beam configuration, creating a field of vision that’s both wide and deep.
Rugged Build Quality. This kit’s lights are equipped with optical grade glass lenses and housings injection-molded from Polymax plastic which is a specially formulated damage-resistant ABS plastic. The lenses and housings are then fully sealed, achieving an IP67 water resistance rating, and they are also equipped with stone guards for extra impact protection. The included Xross light mounting bar for its part is machine-formed from 6963 T6 extruded aluminum alloy for exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. Lastly, this mounting bar receives a satin black powder coat finish, giving the assembly a sleek look.
Simple Install Procedure. Installing this halogen light bar is a fairly simple process that won’t require any drilling for most applications. That said, you will need to perform some wiring work to properly connect the lights with your Jeep’s electrical system. Also, this kit comes with a pair of specially designed brackets that will attach to your A-pillars to give your ride a clean look.
