It’s made from solid PNO steel and MIG-welded by experts to provide heavy-duty off-road defense, and CNC laser-cut to guarantee a perfect fit. These bumpers also have LED cube light holes so you can easily install auxiliary lights for added safety and nighttime visibility.
Made from High-Quality Steel. This Throttle Down Kustoms bumper is built from 3/16-inch and 1/4-inch solid PNO steel plates, while the grille guards are made with .120 steel wall tubing. This ensures maximum toughness and rust-resistance. The surface is also buffed to remove any bumps and other imperfections so that the bare metal finish is ready for a protective coating of paint.
No-Weld Installation. There’s no cutting, welding, or drilling needed to install this front bumper. Just bolt it onto the existing mounting points of your Toyota Tacoma using the mounting hardware included in the kit. The entire process takes approximately two hours.
