The TJ shock mount relocators install into factory shock locations to move the shock canister away from the spring pad. This minimizes canister damage and allows for axle rotation on lifted TJ Wranglers.

NOTE: This kit can change the length requirements of the shock by as much as one inch. 2 kits should not use the relocators. 3 kits use shock relocator & 1543223/1544223 shocks. 4 kits use shock reolcator & 1543334/1544334 shocks.

      great product

After lifting my jeep and rotating the diff. for the SYE I found my rear shocks were bound up on the spring mounts. These relocate the shocks for free movement. I did not want to cut my spring mounts or attack them with a hammer. These mounts are made very heavy and strong. My shock was a little too wide to fit in this mount without some persuasion but otherwise bolted right up.

      Relocation brackets for rear shocks

Put them on my Jeep now I have less shock travel and it bottoms out now when hitting a bump. Should have made them come out just a bit further and dropped the new lower shock mount the same level as the original. Not quite sure what these brackets are made for? I understood that it made the shock straighter instead of angled like Chrysler designed it. Also someone said it keeps your shocks out of the way when 4wheeling on rocks. Should have made my own brackets I could have done a better job designing it! No offense to the engineers that made these. But come on now!

      Easy to Install

Previous to installing these brackets, my shocks were banging into the part that sticks out below the spring which started to bang up my shock. After installing the brackets, I've had no issues with banging and the ride is now a lot smoother.

      Good product

Had these on my TJ for 6 months now and haven't had any issues. For the price and bolt in they are worth it.
