      Description

      Move Forward. Heavy or big tires can take its toll on a rear axle shaft. In this case, you might want to upgrade your Dana 44 rear axle Jeep with a Travelex Rear 8-Lug Full Float Conversion Kit w/ Slotted Big Rotors. Its 8-lug full-float design shifts the weight of your late-model Wrangler JK off the axle shaft so it spreads evenly across the rig instead. This makes for a better forward movement in your vehicle.

      4140 Chromoly. This Travelex Conversion Kit for the rear axle assembly features 32 splines made of forged 4140 chromoly that are oil-bathed for fuss-free maintenance. Now the 4340 chromoly shafts transfer torque without all of the Jeep's load on it, thanks to the two-wheel bearing design. The Conversion Kit comes with a Rear Performance Slotted Big Rotor Kit that features a 13.5 in. slotted big rotor and anchor bracket for braking improvements.

      Professional Installation. A professional service provider or mechanic is ideal for installing this Full-Float Conversion Kit. The process takes roughly two hours.

      Limited Lifetime Warranty. Travelex's Rear Conversion Kit comes with limited lifetime warranty coverage against defects on material and workmanship. Please see the manufacturer's warranty page for details.

      Application. The Travelex Rear 8-Lug Full Float Conversion Kit w/ Slotted Big Rotors is designed to fit 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JKs equipped with a Dana 44 rear axle and 8x6.5 in. wheel bolt pattern.
