      Description

Performance Suspension Upgrade. The Teraflex Long Arm Upgrade Kit enhances the lower control arm suspension for TJ Wranglers with 3-5" lifts, offering improved suspension geometry and durability. It allows precise alignment adjustments and reduces stress on suspension components. This kit is ideal for off-road enthusiasts seeking optimized articulation and handling.

Construction and Appearance. The kit features CAD-engineered, 1/4"-thick steel brackets that are CNC laser cut and precision bent for exact fitment. Control arms are made from high-strength DOM tubing with a premium black e-dipped coating providing superior corrosion resistance and durability. Frame brackets mount using factory belly pan skid plate bolt holes and are stitch welded for long-lasting strength.

Installation. Installation requires cutting and welding of factory control arm brackets and should be performed by a certified mechanic. The process involves moderate difficulty and an estimated six hours of labor. Alignment is necessary after installation to ensure proper suspension performance.

Warranty. The kit comes with a lifetime warranty against defects, ensuring long-term reliability and customer confidence.

Application. Designed specifically for 1997–2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models with 3–5 inch suspension lifts, this kit requires removal of factory control arm bracketry and is intended for lifted applications.
