Description
Heavy-Duty Upgrade. The Teraflex Tera30 HD Front Axle Housing for 0 to 5-Inch Lift is designed to replace or upgrade the front axle housing of select Jeep Wrangler JL models. It enhances strength and durability, making it ideal for off-road enthusiasts seeking to bolster weak points of the factory axle or repair damaged components. This housing allows you to transfer your existing internal and outer axle components, maintaining factory compatibility.
Construction and Appearance. Built from ductile cast iron with increased rib gussets, this housing features forged inner knuckles and a robust 3.25-inch diameter, 0.5-inch wall axle tube for exceptional torsional strength. The housing includes a heavy-duty ductile iron differential cover and is finished with a UV-protected triple-stage powder coat that resists corrosion and enhances longevity.
Installation. Installation requires mechanical expertise and is recommended to be performed by a certified mechanic. The process does not require drilling and typically takes about 8 hours to complete, transferring your existing components seamlessly.
Warranty. This product comes with a 1-year unlimited mileage warranty.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2018 through 2026 Jeep Wrangler JL models. Not compatible with front axle disconnect systems and requires the Tera30 HD front inner right axle shaft for proper fitment and operation.
