This kit features a specialized adapter plate designed to convert your tire mount with a 5x5 bolt pattern into one with an 8x6.5 pattern. This is particularly helpful if you have a 35 to 40-inch tire mounted on an 8-bolt wheel. Moreover, this adapter plate works perfectly with the Alpha HD adjustable spare tire mount (sold separately.)
