Heavy-Duty Axle Housing Characterized by Strong 0.50-Inch Wall Tube. Ideal as an upgrade from your Jeep Wrangler JK's stock front axle or a replacement of a damaged part, the Teraflex Front Tera44 Replacement Axle Housing with 0.50 inch Wall Tube for 0-3 inch Lift comprises a heavy-duty housing that includes axle tubes, bracketry, and forged inner knuckles.
Benefits. Designed as a bolt-on device that can be used on untouched suspensions or ones lifted up to 3 inches, it makes it easier to transfer the existing components such as the ring and pinion gears, axle shafts, ball joints, and unit bearings. This Dana 44 axle housing assembly is mainly characterized by a 0.50-inch wall axle tube that is constructed to extreme-duty levels; consequently, it is strong enough to resist bending and torsion.
Covered by One-Year Warranty. For a period of 1 year after the purchase date, Teraflex covers this product for any defects relating to its materials and workmanship under normal and reasonable use.
Expert-Level Installation. With an installation time (including the gear setup) that is expected to last for more than 6 hours, this assembly requires a highly advanced level of mechanical expertise to get onto your Wrangler.
