Description
Beef Up Your Front Axle. Replace your broken, damaged or bent front axles in your Jeep Wrangler JK (excluding Rubion) with a TeraFlex Front Tera30 Axle with 4.56 Gears for 0-3 inch Lift. This 100-percent kit contains all of the required components and hardware needed to beef up all areas of weakness for your front axle. At this 0-3-inch height, your axle is a direct bolt-on upgrade. Aftermarket control arms may be used and are also recommended at 3 inches or stock control arms may be reused.
High-Quality Construction. The asymmetric housing design to the ductile cast iron housing are proudly made in the USA and are forged from the highest-quality materials. The axle tubes and the heavy-duty replacement axle housings include all of the required hardware, such as forged inner knuckles, upper control arm bushings, Spicer bearings, pre-installed inner seals, the factory yoke and TeraFlex HD ball joints.
Specifications. The 3.25 O.D. x 0.25 inch wall axle tube adds additional strength and will resist torsion and bending with a reduced weight increase. The Forged HD inner knuckle delivers increased lower and upper strength, the ductile cast iron housing generates increased rib gussets and is secured with 1/4-inch-thick CNC laser-cut axle brackets. The design of the radius bottom will help you to take on obstacles and rocks with ease.
One-Year/Unlimited Mileage Warranty. TeraFlex Inc. offers a guarantee to the original purchaser that their products will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.
