      Description

      A Heavy-Duty Hub Conversion For Serious Wheeling. Improve your axle and braking performance of your Jeep Wrangler JK with Teraflex Front 8-Lug Locking Hub Conversion Kit with Big Brakes & Slotted Rotors. Teraflex designed this Conversion Kit to be an upgrade for Dana 30 and Dana 44 axles with a 8x6.5 inch bolt pattern, greatly improving the axles strength by allowing the use of Dana 60 components. 

      Reduce Bearing Load. By increasing distance between the inner and outer wheel bearings, this kit dramatically reduces bearing load. The bearings ride on forged 4140 chromoly spindles that accept industry standard bearings and seals. The Teraflex hub design seals the factory wheel speed sensors from the harsh elements and hazards of the trail.

      Improved Hubs. The SlimLock hub kit features forged 4340 chromoly 35-spline stub shafts greatly improving the strength of your Jeep’s axles. These extremely durable hubs incorporate high surface area engagement allowing them to handle the heavy loads put on them by big knobby tires and extra suspension.

      Lifetime Warranty. The hub conversion kit comes with a lifetime structural warranty from Teraflex. For more information on the warranty please contact the manufacture.

      Application. The Teraflex Front 8-Lug Locking Hub Conversion Kit with Big Brakes & Slotted Rotors fits all 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Models. Teraflex's Brake Booster, part# 4303450, is recommended to be used with this Conversion Kit.

      Technical Note. 2007-2012 Dana 30 Axles require new inner shafts with Larger U-Joint Ends, part# 303118 & 303134, while 2013+ Dana 30 and 44 Axles use the same U-Joint.
