High-Temperature Heat Protection. The Heat Sheath GOLD, measuring 1.25 inches by 36 inches, is designed to protect lines, hoses, and wires from heat damage and abrasion. It reflects radiant heat and helps keep critical components cool, ensuring longevity and reliable performance in demanding automotive environments.
_x000D_Construction and Appearance. This sleeving features a high-temperature gold metalized polyimide lamination bonded to a durable 20-ounce heat-treated glass fiber base. Reinforced with aramid thread, it provides excellent heat resistance, abrasion durability, and flame-retardant properties, finished with a distinctive gold reflective surface.
