The Floor and Tunnel Shield II; 42-Inch x 48-Inch; Aluminum provides superior heat reflection and insulation to protect vehicle interiors and critical components from extreme heat sources. Designed specifically for areas with persistent high temperatures, it minimizes heat transfer to ensure safety and functionality in fire walls, transmission tunnels, floor pans, and fuel cells.

This shield features a dimpled 10 mil aluminum face bonded to a 1/8-inch composite glass-fiber core, offering excellent thermal resistance and durability. The high-temp pressure-sensitive backing withstands up to 1750°F, with the adhesive side holding up to 450°F, while maintaining a lightweight and rigid form factor suitable for tight spaces.
