      Description

The Speedhut SST-MAX OBDII Shift Light with yellow LEDs and black housing is a precision tool designed to optimize gear changes by directly interfacing with the vehicle’s ECU. It provides real-time shift point indicators by monitoring both gear position and RPM, enabling smoother and more efficient shifts for enhanced vehicle performance.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted with a billet aluminum housing, the unit combines durability with a premium aesthetic. Its black finish paired with bright yellow LEDs ensures high visibility, while the adjustable mount allows for customized positioning to suit driver preferences.

      Installation. This device offers a straightforward plug-and-play connection via the vehicle’s 16-pin OBDII data port, requiring no wiring or modification. Installation is quick and simple, with no drilling or complex setup necessary.

      Warranty. The shift light is backed by a lifetime warranty, covering defects in workmanship and materials for the original purchaser.

      Application. Designed for vehicles manufactured from 2008 onward that support the SAE J1979 CAN protocol, specifically for use in the USA, Canada, and UK markets. Note that the device will not operate if used concurrently with other OBDII devices.
