      Description

      Highline Front Armor Kit. The Savvy Offroad Front Highline Fenders with Inner Fenders; Raw is a comprehensive front-end upgrade designed to provide exceptional tire clearance and suspension travel for Jeep Wrangler TJ models. This kit supports the use of larger 37 to 42 inch tires with minimal lift, enhancing off-road capability and maintaining vehicle stability by preserving a lower center of gravity.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from lightweight 3/16" CNC laser-cut aluminum, the outer fenders are TIG-welded for strong, clean joints while the inner fenders are precision rolled to avoid stress points and provide maximum clearance. Both components ship as raw aluminum, allowing for powder coating, painting, or leaving the natural corrosion-resistant finish intact.

      Installation. Designed for straightforward bolt-on installation directly onto factory TJ mounting points without any body modifications or custom fabrication. Inner fenders come blank to be trimmed for various suspension setups, enabling versatile application.

      Application. Specifically engineered to fit all 1997 to 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models, ensuring optimal fitment and clearance.
