      Flawed design

All of the pieces with a zip went on great, but the two pieces that cover the brace from roll bar to windshield are useless... They don't have a zip, so they have to be slid on from one end. They are pretty tight, and as per previous reviews, the foam gets caught and ripped. Half my foam came out, so I'm not super happy with that part. The rest is fine though.

      Not the best

Fits alright, poor design on the front bar that connects to the windshield when you slide the fabric over it rips the foam on the inside and pushes it out. On the other 3 the fit alright just none of the holes line up and zippers are cheap.

      Look good

The only problem is slipping the 2 front pieces over the bars after you fight the bolts that hold the bar brackets in place. It’s very hard to slide them on without tearing up the thin foam inside. They need zippers on those also and it would be 5 stars.

      Not bad for looks

Just like everyone else I was kinda disappointed in the quality of this product. The padding is really thin and mine did not fit the center bar really well. There were gaps on one end like the material was a couple inches short. This product is basically for cosmetic looks. I can not comment on the installation of the front pads/covers that slide on the front roll bars. I have an aftermarket sport cage so they were not needed. I also had to make holes for my TJ's soft top frame. Not a big deal because not everyone runs a soft top. I gave this product 3 stars because I was just looking for the cosmetic fix to cover my roll cage. If you wheel hard and need the protection look else where.

      Bad Idea

The rear covers and the cross cover are great due to being Velcro, easy install, 10 minutes....however the front two are not, they are slip on. after the pain of dealing with taking the roll bars off, while I was slipping them on, the Styrofoam padding ripped out. I really wish they would have made the front two Velcro, but until I buy a different set I am stuck with them.

      Not what you expect

I have always had good luck with Rugged Ridge products, but these roll bar covers are not up to par, regardless of what the other reviews say. The sport bar covers are the main issue. When we tried to put them on the foam foam inside to pieces and begin to push and so that you can get them on the bar. The foam inside of all of the covers is simply put in there with a dollop of glue that didn't hold at all. I am returning them.

      Poor design

I would have no trouble with this product, were it not for the puzzling and infuriatingly tedious design of the covers for the bars just above the driver and passenger doors. Unlike the others, they DON'T feature zippers, which means the bars have to be completely disassembled and removed from the Jeep in order to install them. What's more, when you have to push the bar through a denim cylinder filled with foam rather than wrapping and zipping it, the bar inevitably pushes all of the foam out, no matter how tediously you try to avoid this, rendering the foam useless and the covers loose. Why no zippers on these two bars, when all the others feature zippers?? Completely infuriating and non-sensical!

It's not what I expected the picture shows no cut outs on the bars that attach to the windshield. That what I wanted. There going back

      not so happy

Unzipped product to put on rollbars , blackcover was not glued to cushion. I had to try to hold cushion in place and zip back up at same time. No instructions were sent with product. Small bar on driver side above the door, foam ripped out of it while trying to install. Overall look is good. Center bar and back bar covers did not fit tight with center bar , gap on both sides. Doubt if we would purchase more roll bar covers from rugged ridge.

      roll bar covers

Product looks good and fits great. Wouldn't hesitate to reccomend it. However...I had to spend near $50 on star bits and a trip to a mechanic to install it. Three different sized star bits and one tamper proof bit on roll bars ??? Come on Jeep ! Really ???

Essy install and added an awesome look

Super simple installation that took about 45 minutes, with the top off. I Highly recommend this item to anyone looking to dress up their roll bars and or add a very functional accessory. Two thumbs up!!

      Well needed!!!!!

This product really changed the appearance of my wrangler! Everybody digged the new roll bar covers! The material is pretty good. Time to install depends if you have the right tools. You will need a security tork bit to install on the bars by the driver and passenger. You might also loose all the foam from the inside when trying to slide them in. But overall my jeep looks awesome!

Way better than stock!! Look awesome!!

I bought these to replace my old roll bar covers and they look and fit awesome. Took a little bit to figure out which side the zipper should go one but they fit perfect. The bar that goes across the door was a bit difficult getting on but after some persuasion they went on good. Highly Recommended.

      over door covers bad design

The over the door bar covers are too small and the foam ripped out during installation. Also the instruction are not accurate. But the middle bar and back bars look great.

      Pros and Cons

Make sure you have a full set of torx and security torx drivers! These are not as high quality covers as the factory covers, but mine were faded and dingy, and I wanted to change colors. The pieces with zippers were easy to install (back sides and main bar up and over the seats. If you have a sound bar, you have to cut away the foam that would otherwise wrap around the roll bar where the sound bar is, and tuck the denim cover in under itself - you wouldn't want to cut the cover off through the zipper to make it reach. At least that's what I did - there were no directions. The front side bars that attach to the windshield were much more difficult to install. You have to take the bars completely off, take the flange off one end, slip the covers on, then reassemble everything. I completely tore up the foam padding under the denim wrap.trying to slip these on, so consequently, these wraps don't have much padding if you should happen to bump your head, and the covers don't fit nicely. I suggest you use some type of dry lubricant on the bar to allow the foam underpad to slip on without tearing up the foam. Again, there were no instructions provided to suggest how to get these pads on. They wouldn't be a bad option for the price if I knew for sure you could get the front covers on without tearing up the foam underpads. They look better than my old pads.
