Part One: Install Hoop to Bumper 

Step One: Align the Hoop onto the Bumper 

Place the hoop onto the bumper, aligning the holes in the hoop base plate with the holes in the XHD bumper. The hoop can be installed either leaning forward (away from the grill), or backwards (towards the grill). 


Step Two: Secure Hoop to Bumper 

Using the supplied washers/bolts, place a washer on each bolt, and slide the bolts through the hoop base plate and into the bumper. Tighten with a 13mm socket. Slowly tighten being sure to alternate between the bolts.
