This Rugged Ridge Hardtop Front Sun Shade incorporates a US Flag design to add a patriotic accent to your Jeep that is also very functional. The Eclipse Sun Shade provides the feeling of the open air while eliminating the potential of getting a gnarly sunburn from the sun's UV rays.

      Mesh Construction.This Rugged Ridge sun shade is built out of reinforced mesh construction for durability and style. You'll have the open air feeling you want while keeping shade in place to preserve the function of the JK's factory hardtop.

      Quick Installation. Unlike similar options, this Rugged Ridge Hardtop Front Flag Sun Shade is a direct fit for hardtop Wranglers with no windshield header needed to secure the shade. The reinforced mesh shade with American Flag easily attaches utilizing the built-in elastic straps and can even be left in place with the freedom panels reinstalled.

      5-Year Limited Warranty. Rugged Ridge warrants their products to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of up to 5 years. Subject to the terms and conditions, please see manufacturer's full warranty for details.

        Great sunshade

        This is an extremely easy installation and breakdown for when you want some sun but not all of the wind noise. It goes up and down in minutes and looks amazing.

        Great sun shade!!!!

        Fantastic and fun looking sunshade. Good quality. Fits perfectly with hard top in place. Super easy to install, done within 10mins. Makes an amazing difference driving with this, sun still shines through but shaded and cool. The flag looks great also. Highly recommend.

        Product looked very good and works great the only problem I have is that when you put it on it’s baggy ... there is no way to really tighten it enough to make it not look baggy

        Easy install! Great looking! So happy! Definitely filters out the Arizona sun and makes it bearable to be topless! Reasonably priced too!

        5 2014 Wrangler - SherriM Installation Time: Less than 1 Hour

        This is a game changer

        I've owned my Jeep for four years. FOUR YEARS! How could I not have heard about sun shades before?! First, this patriotic theme is fantastic. Very well done and looks like a waving flag. Second, installation is straight-forward. There are a few things that could be better (ie: the center velcro straps don't line up well with the off-center hook, and the super tight fitting of the cords that go over the soundbar will test your finger strength), but overall it was a snap. Watch the install video here on XT; it's worth the 4 minutes. Lastly, IT WORKS! And isn't that why we are buying it after all? I just drove around in 98 degree weather (with the a/c on too) and couldn't believe how much more comfortable I was with this shade vs. without. I only wish we were at the beginning of summer instead of the end of it so that I could enjoy it more!

      • Rugged Ridge currently only makes the Rugged Ridge Hardtop Flag Sun Shade for the front.

      Do you have to remove sun shade when installing your freedom top?

      • No, you could install and keep the Rugged Ridge Hardtop Flag Sun Shade in place and still use all the functions of your hardtop as normal.

      • We currently do not carry the Rugged Ridge Hardtop Sun Shade in blue.

      Will it fit a 2017 Jeep with an OEM soft top and no hard top??

      • The Rugged Ridge Hardtop Flag Sun Shade can be installed on hard top or soft top models, though this will not cover anything more than what is open when the hard top freedom panels are removed.
