Hey, guys. Today, I'm here with the RedRock 4X4 extra-large Hitch Mounted Cargo Rack, fitting all year Wranglers with a two-inch hitch receiver. So everybody knows that cargo space inside the Jeep is very limited, especially with you two-door owners so opting for exterior storage is something that is very popular. So this RedRock extra-large basket will be perfect if you're looking for a very easily accessible and large way to carry all of your items, large items without having to spend the extra money and give up the extra space that a roof rack takes up. So there are other mounting points on the site that you might be seeing for rear basket storage, like the spare tire carrier or even the tailgate hinges. However, those will be on a very vulnerable point. They won't be on a solid mounting point like this will be so they will ultimately have a smaller carrying capacity. This [inaudible 00:00:55] on a solid mounting point, which is the hitch receiver on the frame, this will hold up to 300 pounds which is definitely going to be great for the person who's looking to carry a lot of cargo in this large basket. That will also be a bonus because you are leaving some mounting options open to mount up any other accessories. So at the moment, this will just be south of $250 which will be the most expensive option for a hitch mounted cargo rack at the moment. So the price is mainly because of the extra-large size of this, the extra-large basket, and the load capacity. So lesser expensive items on the site will be for smaller baskets, ultimately not having a larger load capacity or those other mounted options like I mentioned before. So personally, I think if you're looking to carry a lot of items outside of your Wrangler, heavier items that a smaller basket would not be able to handle, as well as having a very easily accessible and very easily removable rack, unlike a roof rack that you can't just take off your Jeep whenever you want, this is going to be it and customers really seem to be liking this since it has four and a half stars right now on the product page. So install is going to be very easy, one out of three wrenches. You're only going to need a couple of hand tools to get this done. This will only take you about half an hour to an hour to do. So speaking of that, let's jump into the install. The tools that I used for my install today were a 3/8 inch drive ratchet, a 1/4 inch drive ratchet, a 13-millimeter deep socket, and two 13-millimeter shallow sockets, one with a 3/8 inch drive, one with a 1/4 inch drive. So before we can install our basket on our Jeep, we do have to do a little bit of assembly. We have to attach it to the bar that is going to be attached to our tow hitch and we do have to attach our support bars. So I am just going to flip this basket over. Now we can start assembling. So I do have it sideways so you guys can have a better view. So we are going to line up the two smaller holes on the tow bar up to our basket here. So what I'm going to do to keep it in place is just to stick that through, then we're going to go grab our second bolt and bolt that through as well. And so before we can bolt this down, we do have to add our support bars. This is just going to brace the basket onto our tow bar, give it a little bit more integrity to the build, which I do like about this. So we are just going to place that there. We can bolt that down in a second. We're going to add a flat washer and a nylon lock nut. So then, we can do the same thing for the bottom. So what I can tell from just kind of handling this basket is that it is pretty lightweight even though it is strong and able to hold a lot of weight. This is still going to be pretty lightweight, easy to maneuver, easy to put on and take off whenever you like instead of a big, heavy basket that's going to give you some trouble. So now, we're going to bolt down the rest of our support bar to the rest of the basket. So what we're going to do is just place it like that and these will bend. This whole setup is made of aluminum, that's why it's so lightweight. It has a black powder coat finish on it that's really going to protect the metal from any corrosion and any weathering that would happen on the metal if it was bare. So to keep that in place, I'm just going to put it another flat washer on there and the nylon lock nut and I'm going to keep it loose at the moment just so we can attach the other side. But right now, since I'm on this side, I'm going to do the bottom as well. All right. Another flat washer, lock nut. So what I do also like about this basket is that it's pretty big compared to other baskets on the market. Obviously, you see that XL in the title but this is 48 inches wide, it's about 22 inches long, and it's 12 inches tall, so you get a good wall here for keeping a lot of that cargo inside. And you'll see when I flip this around, that it has a lot of rails for support. It also has a bunch of options with these for tie downs to keep all of your cargo secure. And now, I'm going to go around to the other side of the table and bolt those ones down. Now, I'm going to do the same thing for the other side and like I mentioned, these do bend down. We can put on that flat washer and the nylon lock nut. Now, since we're here, I'm just going to take two 13-millimeter sockets and two ratchets. You can also use a 13-millimeter wrench. So I did grab a deep socket for this if you are using sockets, just because the bolt is longer in the middle. So after everything is assembled with our basket, we can bolt it up to our hitch receiver. All you need for this is a two-inch hitch receiver. This basket is universal, so it's going to work on any model Wrangler with a two-inch hitch receiver, and you will need a pin to keep this in place. So that does sound redundant but some aftermarket tow hitches don't exactly come with a pin. You can even outsource if you already have one that doesn't have a pin. So this is the part where I like and appreciate that this is lighter weight. All you have to do is line it up and get it positioned. So after everything's lined up, you can put your pin through.
