How to Install RedRock 4x4 Billet Grille Inserts on your 2007-2013 Jeep Wrangler JK

Tools Required
- Phillips Head Screwdriver
- 7mm Socket or Wrench
***It is recommended to use Loctite on all hardware to resist loosening due to vibration***
Step 1:
Begin by removing the plastic retaining clips securing the grille to the radiator support. Once all clips are removed, pull firmly to release the grille and remove it from the vehicle. Be sure to remove the signal light assemblies as shown.
Step 2:
Assemble the brackets onto the grilles as shown using the supplied hardware. Do not fully tighten the nuts yet, leave them loose for now.
Step 3:
Place the billet grilles into the factory grille making sure the brackets are centered so they grab a hold of the factory grille support. Once properly located, use a Phillips head screwdriver and 7mm socket or wrench to fully tighten the hardware.
Step 4:
Once all of the billet grilles are installed and secured, re‐install the factory grille onto the radiator support. Be sure to re‐install the signal lights removed in Step 1.
