Description
Heavy Duty Replacement. The Pacbrake ALPHA XD Double Convoluted Replacement Air Suspension Spring is engineered to provide superior load-leveling capacity by eliminating sag, sway, and bottoming out. It helps maintain even weight distribution across tires, enhancing vehicle stability and ride comfort when towing or hauling heavy loads.
Construction and Appearance. Made with nylon reinforced rubber for enhanced durability and reinforced with twenty support wires, this air spring includes 6061-T6 aluminum black anodized one-piece end caps that provide strength and resistance to corrosion. This combination ensures maximum reliability under extreme loads.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and generally does not require drilling or modifications. The kit is sold as a single replacement air bag, ideal for maintaining balanced suspension support. Professional assistance is recommended for optimal results.
Application. This air spring fits universal applications but is not compatible with vehicles equipped with MagneRide suspension systems. Additionally, it is not compatible with 2", 4", or 6" air spring spacers designed for other kits. Some adaptation may be required for proper fitment.
