    OR-Fab’s Returns Policy. If you wish to return a defective OR-Fab product, you must acquire an approved Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first before shipping it to the manufacturer. Without an RGA number, the merchandise will be refused and returned to the sender. The RGA also issues one item per return request. This means multiple shipments on one RGA isn’t allowed.
