We proudly offer a vast collection of OE quality replacement parts for Jeep & Willys vehicles to help keep the Jeep legend alive. This replacement differential carrier fits 01 Cherokee XJ and 01-02 Wrangler TJ models equipped with Dana 35 rear differentials with 3.73 and lower gear ratios. Includes carrier and ring gear bolts. Does NOT include any internals. Replaces OE 708142. This differential carrier fits 01 Jeep Cherokee with Dana 35 4.55 ratio and 01-02 Jeep Wrangler with a 3.73, 4.11, or 4.56 ratio.
