Opt for this Nitro Gear & Axle Dana 44 Ring Gear and Big Pinion Kit - 4.11 Gears. The big kit harnesses Dana Spicer 44 design to get more power out of it, leading to a huge strength increase that is more modern as well.
Re-Gearing to Upgrade. To be an upgrade, this kit has to be better than the standard version. So, the gear ratio is a whopping 4.11. The pinion shaft is 24 spline large. The ring gear diameter is even bigger, measuring 8.875 inches. Use this bigger, better kit with a 1310 or 1350 series pinion yoke and you’ll gain enhanced performance both on the street and when you go off-roading.
Long-Lasting Construction. Part of being an upgrade is being reliable. This kit is. The parts are made out of 8620 triple alloy steel, which is a premium quality material. Both heat-treated and machined for precision, the kit is durable. Its long-lasting design is high end.
Install Professionally. This kit comes with 10 ring gear bolts and everything you need for the big pinion and ring gear upgrade. It should be installed professionally. Because it is an aftermarket upgrade, expect to grind the housing.
