Heavy Duty Construction. The Nitro Gear & Axle Rear Shaft is manufactured using Chromoly steel that has been heat-treated then induction hardened, making it 20-30% stronger than the OE counterparts. It has been CNC-machined to exact OE specifications for a precision fit.
Professional Installation. The installation of the 35 Spline Dana 44 Rear Axle Upgrade Kit can be a very complicated process, so mechanical expertise is highly recommended.
Five-year Manufacturers Warranty. Nitro Gear & Axle Rear Chromoly Axles are warranted against manufacturing defects for 5 years. These products are also covered for Breakage. The Shaft must be broken. Worn, twisted, or bent axles are not warrantable. For more details, kindly visit the manufacturer’s website.
Application. The Nitro Gear & Axle 35 Spline Dana 44 Rear Axle Upgrade Kit is designed to fit all 1997 to 2006 Wrangler TJ models.
