This kit features larger U-joints to ensure there are no inferior links in your new axle setup. Upgrade to a Nitro Gear & Axle for superior performance on and off-road.
Tough Construction. Nitro Gear & Axle only uses premium quality for all of its products, and the Front Axle Kit is no different. Each front axle part is crafted from Chromoly steel, which is 40-50% stronger than your Wrangler stock axles. These have been heat-treated to achieve maximum strength and precision-machined to OE specifications for excellent fitment.
Professional Installation. The installation of the 30 Spline Dana 30 Front Axle Kit can be a very complex process, so professional expertise is highly recommended.
5-Year Manufacturers Warranty. Nitro Gear Chromoly Front Axles are warranted against manufacturing defects for the life of the vehicle. These products are also covered for Breakage. The Shaft/joint must be broken. Wear, twisting, bending are not warrantable. All Nitro Gear & Axle brand products are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects for the specified period. Please see manufacturer's warranty for terms and conditions.
Application. The 30 Spline Dana 30 Front Axle Kit is designed to fit on all 2007 to 2018 Jeep Wrangler models, JK, excluding Rubicon.
Technical Note. This front axle kit uses larger 1350 U-Joints (included). A 30-spline upgrade for JK Dana 30 is possible with aftermath locker only. This front axle kit also fits Dana 44 with custom aftermarket axle housing swap.
