Description
Advanced Front Chassis Solution. The Motobilt Tomahawk Front Half Kit; Bare Steel replaces the factory front frame section on Jeep JK and JKU models to enhance suspension packaging capabilities. It relocates the steering box forward by 2 1/8 inches and raises it by 5/8 inch to prevent axle contact issues and improve clearance, allowing up to a 3 inch front stretch while maintaining the steering box in place. This supports long-travel coilover setups and serious suspension builds with improved chassis strength and geometry.
Construction and Appearance. This front half kit is fabricated from bare steel and ships uncoated. It requires painting or powder coating prior to final installation to protect against corrosion and match vehicle aesthetics.
