It features precision-formed "pockets" that accommodate Clayton’s 2.5″ Johnny Joints, offering enhanced ground clearance and articulation—a key benefit for long-arm suspension systems and lifted builds.

      Built to Last. Built from heavy-duty 3/16″ wall U.S. steel, this 3-Piece Front Cross Member is laser-cut and CNC-bent for exact tolerances. The robust structure is e-coated to resist rust and surface degradation, and it can be optionally welded for additional rigidity in extreme off-road setups.

      Easy Serviceability. Unlike traditional one-piece cross members, 3-Piece Front Cross Member design features a removable center section that allows quick access to your transmission. This makes future drivetrain servicing easier and minimizes the need to disassemble suspension components during maintenance or upgrades.

      Optimized for Long-Arm Kits and Tire Clearance. This 3-Piece Front Cross Member is engineered to pair with Clayton’s long-arm kits and rear-mount Johnny Joints. Its pocketed layout provides added space to run larger tires (up to 37″) without binding or contact, while maintaining correct suspension geometry for flex and stability.

      Dual Installation Flexibility: Bolt-In or Weld-In. The 3-Piece Front Cross Member can be securely bolted into place using existing factory holes, or it can be welded for maximum strength—particularly beneficial for aggressive trail use or rock crawling. Hardware is included, and installation generally requires basic hand tools and standard mechanical skills.
