Description
Heavy Duty Winch Mount. The Maximus-3 Winch Mount Kit with Hook Anchor and Filler Trim Plates in black provides a robust and secure mounting solution for your winch. Designed for use with steel front bumpers, this kit allows flexible winch positioning, supporting both centered and offset installs. It ensures your winch is firmly attached to the chassis, crucial for recovery and off-road applications.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from a one-piece heavy gauge steel plate formed through bending and welding for strength and durability. The winch mount is finished with a black textured powder coat that resists corrosion and wear while complementing your Jeep’s rugged look.
Installation. Installation is moderately challenging and is estimated to take about three hours. The mount bolts directly to the factory steel bumper frame, requiring no drilling; however, cutting the factory vacuum pump relocation bracket is necessary to fit the included vacuum pump relocation bracket.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models equipped with the factory steel front bumper.
