The LEED Brakes Rear Disc Brake Conversion Kit with MaxGrip XDS Rotors and Black Calipers delivers enhanced braking performance by converting rear drum brakes to reliable disc brakes. It improves stopping power, braking safety, and heat dissipation, suitable for both on-road and off-road use. This comprehensive kit mounts directly to the rear axle, providing a straightforward upgrade.

      Construction and Appearance. The kit features cast iron rotors with a cross-drilled and slotted design for superior heat management. Calipers are solid cast iron with a durable black powder-coated finish that offers corrosion resistance and a professional look, ensuring long-lasting durability in demanding conditions.

      Installation. Designed for direct bolt-on installation without the need for cutting, welding, or drilling. Proper confirmation of axle flange dimensions is recommended before installation to ensure fitment. Minor modifications to stock components, like the proportioning valve, may be necessary for optimal function.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 1989-2006 Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ models. Dana 44 fitment is limited to 1997-2006 Wranglers. This kit is compatible only with Dana 35 C-Clip rear axles and is not compatible with factory ABS sensors.
