Rugged Build Quality. This transfer case shift cable assembly utilizes a high-quality braided steel cable with machined metal alloy fittings offering superior durability. Likewise, its grommet and protective sleeve are molded from premium rubber making them highly resistant to deterioration and cracking over time. Lastly, this shift cable assembly is available in standard black.
Efficient Install Procedure. This transfer case shift cable installs into your Wrangler replacing its damaged factory counterpart without the need for modifications. Installation will require disassembly of your center console and transfer case skid plate to gain access to the cable’s attachment points. Other than these steps, installation is a relatively efficient process that’s completed using just standard hand tools.
