Restore Your Quarter Window Seal. The weather seal on your Wrangler YJ’s quarter windows can occasionally shrink over time causing it to leak. When that happens, this Hard Top Quarter Window Molding is what you need. This window molding’s brawny build makes it tough enough to provide consistent and effective weather sealing for years. Moreover, its OE style ensures a simplified install. These factors make this window seal perfect for all your maintenance, restoration, and repair jobs.
Brawny Build Quality. The quarter window weather seal is crafted from premium UV and ozone-resistant rubber, making it extremely resistant to premature deterioration. Furthermore, this weatherstrip is molded to factory specifications for an OE-grade fit and finish when installed. Lastly, this molding is available in black so you can maintain your Wrangler’s factory style.
Hassle-Free Install Procedure. This hard top window molding mounts onto your quarter window using adhesive caulk and the built-in seal clip in most applications. No modifications to your Jeep are needed, although you may need to use a heat gun to loosen the old window molding. Also, if the previous molding does not come off the quarter window in one piece, you will need to thoroughly clean the window of any stubborn residue. This is to maximize the adhesion of the caulk.
