Description
Protect Your Metal Springs. Is your suspension system taking the worst hits and putting all the pressure on the springs? If you’re not keen on going through an expensive suspension restoration, you should consider installing the Front Jounce Bumper. This multipurpose bump stop comes courtesy of Crown Automotive. It’s ideal for both driver and passenger side applications and will share absorbing some of the impact and vibrations with the metal shock absorber.
Durable Construction. At first glance and to the inexperienced, the foam Front Jounce Bumper may not look like much. But this high-density foam part is an integral piece of the suspension system. It has the ideal density and size to stop shock absorbers from fully contracting, thereby extending their service life and making potholes a lot more bearable and less noisy.
Direct-Fit Installation. Adding a bump stop like the Front Jounce Bumper takes a bit of work. Luckily, this work doesn’t involve adaptation or specialized tools. Intermediate mechanical knowledge is sufficient, so hiring a mechanic isn’t usually necessary. All you need is safe access to the front suspension system, and you can slot this bumper into place within the hour.
Limited Warranty. Despite its foam construction, the Front Jounce Bumper enjoys the same 12-month coverage as all other Crown Automotive aftermarket components.
Application. The Front Jounce Bumper matches the stock bumper on the 2018-2024 Jeep Wrangler JL models.
