Description
Durable Front Suspension Upgrade. The Front Bump Stop Repair Kit is designed to repair, replace, and upgrade damaged or bent front bump stops on Jeep TJ Wranglers. Construction and Appearance. This kit features heavy-duty materials including 0.25" thick steel plates and a DOM tube with a 0.25" wall thickness, providing exceptional strength and wear resistance. The parts come as loose components intended for welding, ensuring a custom fit and solid assembly once installed.
Installation. Installation requires welding all parts together, with no drilling necessary. Proper welding is essential to ensure long-lasting performance and safe operation.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ models. This kit does not include the nut for the bump stop cup, which should be welded on top of the bottom plate before assembly.
