Manufactured by Crown Automotive, the kit contains 5 blocking rings that are ideal as cost-effective replacement parts for your stock synchronizers.

      OEM-Quality Construction. The rings included in this kit arrive unpainted and have sturdy metal construction. They’re built to factory standards, which ensures a snug fit and consistent operation.

      Direct Installation. The Jeep Wrangler AX5 Transmission Synchronizer Repair Kit does not come with its own set of mounting hardware. However, it installs directly using your vehicle’s stock parts. No modifications are required. Still, the installation of synchronizers is a complex process that will likely require the aid of a technician.

      Variable Guarantee. With Crown Automotive’s variable warranty, these blocking rings are protected for either 12,000 miles or 1 year. During these periods, you can return any of the rings if they display material or manufacturing defects. Some exclusions apply so read the warranty in full.

      Application. The Jeep Wrangler AX5 Transmission Synchronizer Repair Kit is designed for Jeep CJ7 and Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ models. It’s compatible with versions of these vehicles that have stock transmissions and were built between 1984-2001.

      Installation Difficulty. Though these are fairly simple parts, installation requires expert knowledge of your vehicle’s transmission. Fitting the rings included in this kit can take 6-8 hours.
