It is recommended that you have an additional person available to help during this installation, parts can be awkward to hold and support by yourself. Block wheels and set parking brake before beginning work.

Place the supplied template 23mm back from the passenger hood latch. Tape the template to your hood and protect the rest of the vehicle from scratches and nicks. Using a 1-3/4” hole saw drill two holes where the template shows and connect them with a rotarty cutter.

Place the hood bezel around the hole that was cut out. Drill (7) 1/8” holes, at each rivet spot. Install the supplied rivets through the holes and secure them with a rivet gun.

Install the supplied lower brackets to the snorkel using the supplied allen head bolts and washers.

Install the supplied upper bracket to the snorkel using the supplied allen head bolts.

Open the hood and remove the (2) top fender bolts. Move the snorkel into place and reinstall the bolts through the snorkel brackets and into the fender. Make sure the snorkel is inserted into the factory air box intake.

Remove the 2 upper T40 Torx bolts from the passenger side of the windshield frame. Hold the snorkel in place and reinstall the 2 T40 Torx bolts through the upper bracket and into the passenger side of the windshield frame.

Seal the snorkel to the factory intake with waterproof caulking. Allow the caulk to cure before driving. Seal both the inside and outside of the box. Also coat the bare metal along the cut edge of the hood to prevent rusting.

Place the snorkel intake on top of the snorkel tube. Secure it with the supplied pipe clamp.
